Evening Over East Sound
Evening Over East Sound
From high above Orcas Island, the final light of day settles over East Sound and the surrounding islands. Soft color lingers along the horizon while the water reflects the fading blue of the evening sky.
The broad panoramic composition captures the quiet scale of the San Juan Islands—a landscape shaped by water, forest, and distant layers disappearing toward the horizon.
Photographed on Orcas Island, Washington.
