Shipping policy

Where We Ship

Paul Marcoe Photography currently offers online checkout and shipping within the contiguous United States: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not included in our standard shipping zone. For delivery outside this area, please contact us before ordering to discuss availability and a shipping quote.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is included in the price of the artwork. There is no separate standard shipping charge at checkout for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Made-to-Order Production

Each fine art print is professionally produced to order. Please allow 7–10 days for production before shipment. Carrier transit time is additional.

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Your order ships after production is complete.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Large or multi-item orders may arrive in more than one package if different materials or sizes are produced separately.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, seasonal volume, carrier disruptions, remote delivery locations, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, address changes may not be possible and additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the exterior packaging before discarding it.

If the artwork inside is damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label when available.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or a shipment appears lost, please contact us so we can review the shipment and work with the carrier or production partner as appropriate.
