Artwork and Product Information

All photographs offered for sale are original photographic works by Paul Marcoe unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, sizes, materials, colors, and images accurately.

Because screens and print materials vary, the finished artwork may show slight differences in color, brightness, contrast, texture, or appearance compared with the image displayed on your device. These normal variations do not constitute a defect.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may cancel or decline an order when necessary because of pricing errors, payment issues, product availability, suspected fraud, production limitations, or other reasonable operational concerns.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout when required.

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included in the listed artwork price unless a different shipping method or charge is clearly shown at checkout.

Made-to-Order Production

Fine art prints are made to order through professional production partners.

Production times may vary by material, size, lab volume, and quality-control requirements.

Because each print is produced specifically for the customer, cancellation and return rights are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery estimates, address responsibilities, damage reporting, and related information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, logos, text, graphics, and other original content on this site are owned by or licensed to Paul Marcoe Photography and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, resold as reproductions, used commercially, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website for unlawful activity, to interfere with site security or operation, to transmit malicious code, to misuse another person's information, or to infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
