Refund policy

Made-to-Order Artwork

All fine art prints from Paul Marcoe Photography are produced to order specifically for each customer. Because production begins after an order is placed, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference changes once production has begun.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, has a production defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The artwork and the issue

  • The shipping package and any visible damage

  • The shipping label, when available

After reviewing the issue, we will work with our professional print lab and shipping carrier as appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Color and Appearance

Every effort is made to represent each photograph accurately online. However, monitors, phones, screen brightness, color settings, and printing surfaces can cause slight differences in color, contrast, brightness, or texture.

These normal variations are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

Please do not return damaged or defective artwork unless you are specifically instructed to do so. In many cases, photographs of the damage are sufficient for us to begin a replacement or claim process.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on your bank or payment provider.
