A 1-1/2" Forstner bit cuts clean entry holes for bluebirds and tree swallows. Use 1-1/8" for wrens and chickadees. A set covers all bird sizes.

For pilot holes, ventilation holes, and drainage holes. Brad point bits make cleaner holes in cedar than standard twist bits, reducing tear-out on the entry hole face.
